1. Data we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if provided, company name.
• Password: stored only as a salted one-way hash. It cannot be read by anyone, including us.
• Google or Microsoft sign-in: we receive your name and verified email address. No password is created.
• Workspace content: the projects, tasks, people, forms and costs you enter.

2. Retention

• Workspace content is deleted within one day of the trial ending (7 days after you confirm your email address), or immediately when you delete the workspace in Settings.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted within three days.
• Your account record (name, email address, company and trial dates) is kept after the trial to record who used ProjectTracker and to request feedback. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.

3. Emails we send

Email confirmation, a reminder during the last day of your trial, password resets, invitations sent by your team, and occasionally a request for feedback.

4. Service providers

Our hosting, database and email delivery providers process your data only to run ProjectTracker.

5. Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in, a security cookie protects forms against forgery, and a short-lived cookie carries one-time notices between pages. Page visits are counted without cookies.

6. Removal and contact

To have your account record deleted, or for any privacy question, email support@magnesh.com.
